Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient calls in a high-volume environment
- Schedule patient appointments using established scripts and guidelines
- Accurately enter and update patient demographic and insurance information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or high-volume call center
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in appointment scheduling or health insurance (preferred)
- Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems (a plus)
- Proficient with Excel and able to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously
