Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Scheduling Coordinator (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming patient calls in a high-volume environment
  • Schedule patient appointments using established scripts and guidelines
  • Accurately enter and update patient demographic and insurance information
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or high-volume call center
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Prior experience in appointment scheduling or health insurance (preferred)
  • Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems (a plus)
  • Proficient with Excel and able to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously
