Position Responsibilities

• Complete transmission process on electronic billing system and mail hard copy claims to appropriate parties
• Follow up with unpaid claims every 30 days and analyze patient claims for corrective action
• Verify insurance benefits and review records to confirm service charges

Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required, associate degree or medical office experience preferred
• Must have two years of experience in customer service, healthcare or business field
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
