- Lead code reviews, testing strategies, and mentor junior team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with 4+ years of experience (or a Master's degree with 2+ years, or a PhD)
- Experience with robotics sensor calibration algorithms, SLAM, sensor fusion, or odometry techniques
- Strong understanding of numerical linear algebra and optimization algorithms
- Proficiency in C++ and Python programming for real-time applications
- Experience with camera, lidar, radar, or IMU sensors
