Job Summary
A company is looking for a Category Manager - IT Software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management to drive organizational value
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize benefits from suppliers
- Develop and manage category strategies while ensuring compliance with contractual and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant category management or sourcing experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience in IT Software, IT Maintenance, IT Hardware, and/or Telecom categories
- Preferred certifications include ISM (CPSM, CPM) or equivalent
