Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Claims Process Optimization to join their Claims team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop foundational processes for scaling claims operations and simplify claims data and operations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance claims processes and ensure compliance
- Utilize data to drive business decisions and develop KPIs to measure effectiveness in claims operations
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in health plan operations or healthcare data analysis
- 7+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python
- 4+ years of experience in building and developing technical or operational teams
- 3+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows in operational settings
