Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support over 100 recruitment events annually to align with talent acquisition goals
- Oversee scheduling, coordination, and training of the Travel Team and manage logistics for national conferences
- Develop budgeting strategies and provide regular reporting on event performance and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruitment
- Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting
