Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to support its Operations Center by managing incident response and enhancing proactive monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform operational tasks to ensure the reliability and availability of cloud services
- Triage and resolve incidents by identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Develop and maintain process automation to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in cloud operations, site reliability engineering (SRE), DevOps, or related roles
- Hands-on experience automating operational processes using scripting languages or automation tools
- Experience building and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems for cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC)
