Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthguide Supervisor to lead a team of remote medical assistants in patient outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of remote medical assistants conducting patient outreach
  • Monitoring team performance to ensure high-quality interactions and adherence to protocols
  • Overseeing outreach to patients with complex medical and social needs, ensuring timely follow-up and intervention
Required Qualifications
  • Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or equivalent clinical background
  • 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, including patient outreach or care coordination
  • 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a remote setting
  • Strong understanding of social determinants of health and barriers to healthcare access
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and data tracking tools
