Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and training processes, including order entry and paperwork management
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and healthcare providers
- Manage data and files within the Salesforce system in collaboration with commercial teams
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience in business analysis/reporting
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including model building and formulas
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred
