Commissions Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst I responsible for processing commission-related payments and accounting entries for the broker network.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare scheduled and month-end reports, providing analytical support and identifying issues with commission payments
- Perform reconciliations and report balancing, analyzing the financial impact of changes to Broker accounts
- Assist team members with commission-related inquiries and develop training modules for new hires or cross-training efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Commissions Payable
- Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Membership/Accounting, and Broker Relations departments
- Experience in developing training presentations and modules
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert for new and junior associates
