Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Manager to grow and support its global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a scalable community strategy, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with growth and engagement goals
- Organize high-impact events for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead the Ambassador Program, including recruiting, onboarding, and rewarding contributors
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or related roles, with at least 1 year in Web3 or a closely related space
- Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Proven ability to build and nurture online communities
- Experience organizing both virtual and in-person events
- Deep understanding of crypto culture and platforms
