Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote medical case management services to injured individuals
- Coordinate and assess medical services, exploring vocational options for injured workers
- Collaborate with all parties involved in the claim, including the injured person, claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers
Required Qualifications
- Compact RN license required; California RN license preferred
- CCM certification strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred
- Experience in worker's compensation case management preferred
- ICU/ER experience will be considered
