Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Operator (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve basic issues remotely via phone and email support, progressing to complex issues after training
- Provide comprehensive phone and email support for incident and request resolution for end-users
- Document information in the ticketing system and maintain the in-house knowledgebase
Required Qualifications
- Obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance; must have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 35 WPM
