Condo Approval Assistant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Condo Approval Production Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist origination staff with requesting condominium documents and entering information into Project Tracker
- Prepare files by reviewing condominium document requests and contacting HOA/property managers for additional documentation
- Monitor and follow up on pending condo document requests in Project Tracker
Required Qualifications
- Current product knowledge of condominium review processes for various loan programs
- Demonstrated working knowledge of federal and state guidelines such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA
- 2+ years' experience in condo document collection or equivalent roles
- Proficient with Encompass or other mortgage loan origination systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent
