Configuration Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Configuration Business Analyst - QNXT.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, design, document, and make recommendations to improve business processes
- Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are met in system design
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, with Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
- Experience with Medicaid System Pharmacy Configuration, specifically QNXT and FACETS
- Knowledge of pharmacy billing processes
- Familiarity with pharmacy claims data and industry drug databases
- Strong system skills for designing and creating complex queries of healthcare data
