Key Responsibilities
- Conduct topic-specific literature reviews aligned with the Learning Agenda and Evidence Base
- Organize and review internal evidence, reports, and publications to create an internal resource map
- Produce a synthesis brief summarizing key takeaways, implications, and recommendations for the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, international development, research, or a related field; Master's preferred
- Progressive experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning for international development organizations
- Experience in global public health
- Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing organizational initiatives related to communications and tool development
- Strong computer skills for creating technical and non-technical documents
