Job Summary

A company is looking for a Professional Learning Associate to join their Professional Learning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Associate Director and cross-functional teams to create and refine professional development sessions
• Analyze curriculum and instructional materials to design effective learning experiences for educators
• Conduct research on adult learning theory and educational trends to ensure materials are evidence-based and accessible

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in K-12 education, instructional design, or professional development content creation
• Deep understanding of instructional needs related to curriculum implementation and professional growth
• Experience developing or delivering professional development for adult learners
• Ability to analyze curriculum content and translate it into professional learning materials
• Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
