Contract Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist II to join their Global SSU team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, track, and finalize Confidentiality Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Budgets, and Letters of Indemnification
• Negotiate final CDA and CTA templates with clients and internal project teams
• Manage all contractual agreements with investigator sites, including negotiation and finalization

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, legal studies, or life sciences; JD degree highly preferred
• At least 2 years of legal experience with contract language, budget development, and negotiations
• At least 2 years of related industry experience, preferably in a CRO
• Ability to work with internal and external customers/vendors to meet project-specific goals
• Experience in providing input for local SOPs and supporting the creation of internal training materials
