Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to manage contract administration and support legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee A-Z contract administration, ensuring accurate entry and execution of agreements
- Review, redline, and draft various third-party commercial agreements
- Manage legal records and archives, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of contracts
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in legal contracts management or legal operations
- Prior experience with Ironclad, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office is highly desired
- Strong project management skills and administrative organization abilities
- Familiarity with legal agreements and commercial vendor contracts is a plus
- Paralegal experience is a plus
