Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts & Procurement Manager who will oversee contract formation, negotiation, and procurement processes globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of procurement and contracts processes, including drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Lead procurement processes and vendor management, ensuring alignment with global goals
  • Provide guidance on contract-related matters and collaborate with legal and finance teams for compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in contract management and procurement with a focus on global operations
  • Certification in procurement or contract management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CPCM)
  • Experience managing high-value, complex contracts and procurement processes across multiple regions
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement systems and contract management tools
