Control Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an NBC Control Operations Analyst to assist with risk identification and compliance in HSA Custody services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor consumer accounts for compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Respond to partner and consumer inquiries regarding account status and unclaimed property
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, or minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Some understanding of the Custody Services Business
- Experience working across multiple business areas to deliver results
- Intermediate to advanced computer software literacy
- Goal-oriented with effective time management and prioritization skills
