Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including financial statements, cash flow management, and compliance with regulations
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with government contracts and manage external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• Minimum of 6 years in accounting, focusing on financial reporting and compliance
• Experience managing federal, state, and local government procurement
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with GAAP, tax compliance, and financial modeling
