Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and cash management activities
• Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting, including variance analysis
• Supervise accounting and payroll teams to maintain high performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in financial reporting/general ledger
• Experience managing cost and revenue financial inputs in a transactional environment
• Proficiency in General Ledger Reporting and Recording; experience with Great Plains is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
