Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and cash management activities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting, including variance analysis
- Supervise accounting and payroll teams to maintain high performance and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in financial reporting/general ledger
- Experience managing cost and revenue financial inputs in a transactional environment
- Proficiency in General Ledger Reporting and Recording; experience with Great Plains is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
