Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cost Estimator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and work breakdown structures
- Calculate take-offs and assist with procurement strategies
- Present costs to the owner or owner's representatives
Qualifications:
- Progressive cost estimating experience in civil, roads, bridges, and/or light rail station/mass transit projects
- Proficient use of MS Office products, and HCSS (HeavyBid) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of estimating and construction experience
- Ability to modify estimating methodology based on project design level
- Provide leadership and oversight within the estimating team
