Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credit Analyst III with a focus on fintech and Banking-as-a-Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently prepares credit submissions and portfolio reviews for larger and complex loans and BaaS partnerships
- Leads team projects including risk mitigation strategies, portfolio stress testing, and board reporting
- Mentors and develops less experienced credit analysts, identifying areas for improvement and training recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or related areas
- Prior experience in fintech, embedded finance, or BaaS is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment is strongly preferred
- Experience evaluating credit risk in non-traditional or tech-enabled business models
