Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Analyst to manage CRM systems for clients in the sports and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize CRM systems, including customization and implementation of various components
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop customer segmentation for sales campaigns
- Manage lead strategies and distribution within clients' CRM systems, ensuring effective communication and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce CRM Administration
- Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required; Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a plus
- Strong Excel skills are necessary
- SQL experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate is advantageous
