Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Analyst to manage CRM systems for clients in the sports and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize CRM systems, including customization and implementation of various components
  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop customer segmentation for sales campaigns
  • Manage lead strategies and distribution within clients' CRM systems, ensuring effective communication and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce CRM Administration
  • Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required; Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills are necessary
  • SQL experience is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate is advantageous
