Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to shape customer-focused strategies through data-driven discoveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics for acquisition, monitoring funnel performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Investigate and resolve performance issues through root cause analysis and solution implementation
- Manage and enhance marketing data pipelines and drive strategic marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (Looker preferred)
- Proficient in SQL; experience with LookML is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager and Segment
- Experience using data-driven insights to inform strategy in subscription-based or SaaS models
