Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote, 6-month project with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving problems related to telecommunications networks and applications
- Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors for resolution
- Develop and maintain documentation of all activities and ensure follow-up with users for problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
- Proficient in navigating various software packages, including MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
