Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their Blended Core team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple accounts
- Gather and verify caller's information and document it in the appropriate system
- Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate upset customers
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
- Technical abilities to troubleshoot own equipment and install/uninstall programs
- Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
- Experience in a high call volume environment is a plus
- Basic Technical Support experience is desired
