Data Applications Senior Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data & Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the vision for Data and Analytics and Cloud Native services, including GenAI, Machine Learning, Data Modernization, and Cloud Native Applications
• Build and manage a team responsible for service delivery across all customer engagements and drive continuous improvement and adherence to delivery best practices
• Lead the strategic growth of the business, manage department operations, and establish solid working relationships with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of leadership in the digital transformation space, including vision and thought leadership
• Strong leader with 5+ years of management experience of teams of 75 or more
• Experience managing a P&L, driving hiring, and balancing growth and profitability
• Proven track record of success in building Go-to-Market strategies for digital services
• Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and the ability to be cross-functional
