Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Processor (Data Entry Operator).
Key Responsibilities
- Process participant withdrawals, rollovers, beneficiary payouts, and outgoing transfers accurately and timely
- Review standard distributions and prepare contract files according to regulations and internal procedures
- Maintain business knowledge on retirement plan applications and ensure high transaction accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 1-2 years of work experience in an office environment
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a high production environment and multi-task effectively
