Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator for their Dementia Program, which is a remote position available in MN, WI, or FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Dementia Program
- Assist in the coordination of care for dementia patients
- Utilize EMR and care coordination software effectively
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Services, Health Care Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in a health care-related role
- One year of experience with EMR and/or Care Coordination software preferred
- Experience working directly with the Dementia population preferred
- Ability to travel throughout the market area as needed
