Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator for its Dementia Program, offering remote work opportunities in MN, WI, or FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Dementia Program
- Assist with care coordination and management of patient records
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Services, Health Care Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare-related role
- Experience with EMR and/or Care Coordination software preferred
- Experience working directly with the Dementia population preferred
- Ability to travel throughout the market area as needed
