Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator for their Dementia Program, which is a remote position available in MN, WI, or FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the Dementia Program
  • Assist with coordination of care and management of patient records
  • Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Human Services, Health Care Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare-related role
  • One year of experience with EMR and/or Care Coordination software preferred
  • Experience working directly with the Dementia population preferred
  • Ability to travel throughout the market area as needed
