Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Manager to lead and manage their global design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design team, ensuring quality of work and optimizing team members' performance
• Mentor and empower the team to address sophisticated design challenges and fill skills gaps
• Ensure design deliverables meet fidelity expectations, UX roadmap, and backlog priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Experience leading and supporting design teams
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Jira, and Aha
• Knowledge of design operations and Agile project management methods
• Understanding of product design development processes
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
