Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Operations Implementation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve complex data exchange issues

- Support renewal cases with changes to their feed structure
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience working with EDX feeds between insurance carriers and Benefit Administration platforms
- Ability to communicate and translate IT requirements to customers
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize and solve recurring issues
- Ability to work on multiple projects with designated timelines
- Experience in a client facing role
