Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist L1.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform customer-facing onboarding activities, including discovery, success planning, and platform training
- Execute back-office onboarding tasks such as account activations and platform configuration
- Engage with customers regularly to address questions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree is preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite is required
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role managing multiple projects
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Customer Success software is desired
- Experience within a global newswire or media distribution organization is favorable
