Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Collections and Forensic Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Forensics & Collections department to ensure high-quality processes and procedures
• Improve, automate, and enhance quality in Forensics & Collections services
• Support business development and manage client expectations as a point of escalation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Forensics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Forensic Services, including 3+ years in e-discovery activities
• 5+ years of experience in managing or leading teams
• Deep understanding of computer forensic tools and processes
• Proficient in evidence handling and preservation best practices
