Director of Quality Analytics
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Managed Care Quality Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and assess the analytical processes for insurance pricing accuracy and optimization
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large data sets to identify pricing trends and discrepancies
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for pricing models and communicate insights across departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis and managed care
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare landscape and managed care performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; SQL knowledge is desirable
- Strong understanding of government reimbursement models and managed care contracts
