A company is looking for a Director of Technical Operations (Donor Records Eligibility Management) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs donor eligibility review processes and manages donor records to ensure compliance with standards
- Oversees staffing, training, and performance management of Donor Records and Case Management staff
- Collaborates with various departments to enhance communication and resolve issues in the donor eligibility review process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in tissue donation with a focus on donor screening and operations management
- At least 7 years of management experience
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
