Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Technical Operations (Donor Records Eligibility Management) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directs donor eligibility review processes and manages donor records to ensure compliance with standards
  • Oversees staffing, training, and performance management of Donor Records and Case Management staff
  • Collaborates with various departments to enhance communication and resolve issues in the donor eligibility review process


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Management or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in tissue donation with a focus on donor screening and operations management
  • At least 7 years of management experience
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
