Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the CRM operations function, including campaign planning and platform optimization
- Manage a high-performing team of marketing and operations specialists
- Project manage complex marketing initiatives and develop standard operating procedures for campaign management
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations and campaign delivery in a digital/eCommerce environment
- Proven experience managing complex RFPs and platform migrations
- Strong technical understanding of marketing platforms and customer data systems
- 4+ years of experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
- Expertise in cross-channel campaign delivery and reporting
