A company is looking for a Director, CRM Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the CRM operations function, including campaign planning and platform optimization
  • Manage a high-performing team of marketing and operations specialists
  • Project manage complex marketing initiatives and develop standard operating procedures for campaign management
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations and campaign delivery in a digital/eCommerce environment
  • Proven experience managing complex RFPs and platform migrations
  • Strong technical understanding of marketing platforms and customer data systems
  • 4+ years of experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
  • Expertise in cross-channel campaign delivery and reporting
