Key Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive customer service to internal and external clients
- Triage and prioritize tech support tickets for efficient resolution
- Coordinate and schedule engineers to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a professional office environment preferred
- Proficient typing skills using QWERTY methodology
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with service management systems is a plus
