Distributed Access Architecture Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Distributed Access Architecture Engineer to design, implement, and support advanced network solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) solutions using CMTS, vCMTS, PON, and XGS-PON technologies
- Analyze network performance metrics and optimize configurations for maximum efficiency
- Integrate DAA components with legacy systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams for new technology implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering or related roles
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CMTS and vCMTS systems
- Expertise in PON and XGS-PON technologies
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE) are a plus
