Dutch Speaking Application Support Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Consultant (Dutch speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient support for IT and Business Application related inquiries from customers
- Investigate and document application defects, coordinating with colleagues and R&D as needed
- Train and mentor less experienced team members while identifying opportunities for service improvement
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written
