Dutch Speaking Application Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Consultant (Dutch speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient support for IT and Business Application related inquiries from customers
• Investigate and document application defects, coordinating with colleagues and R&D as needed
• Train and mentor less experienced team members while identifying opportunities for service improvement

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of a relevant ERP module or Microsoft technologies
• Experience in a Customer Service environment is advantageous
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
