Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding IT and Business Application inquiries
  • Investigate and document application defects, ensuring effective resolution of support cases
  • Identify service improvement opportunities and mentor less experienced team members
Required Qualifications
  • Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
  • Experience in a Customer Support environment is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of SQL queries and database performance tools
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and fundamental networking concepts
