Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding IT and Business Application inquiries
- Investigate and document application defects, ensuring effective resolution of support cases
- Identify service improvement opportunities and mentor less experienced team members
Required Qualifications
- Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure
- Experience in a Customer Support environment is advantageous
- Strong understanding of SQL queries and database performance tools
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and fundamental networking concepts
- Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive problem avoidance
