A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage machine learning teams and projects, focusing on enhancing and optimizing recommender systems and distribution channels
• Develop a comprehensive machine learning strategy aligned with business objectives, define and prioritize projects, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Oversee project execution, drive research initiatives, and foster collaboration and communication across teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing machine learning teams and projects
• Strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and recommender systems
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in machine learning and systems
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
