Job Summary

A company in the construction industry is seeking an Engineering Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of 5-10 Product Engineers
Scale the team by recruiting top talent in partnership with our recruiting team and leveraging your existing network
Work with the design and product teams to develop our next set of ultra-sticky features

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
2+ years experience in an engineering management role
Experience with Rails, Angular, and Docker
Familiar with complicated software architectures of high concurrency and scale, preferably in SaaS and web environments
Experience working at a B2B SaaS company
