A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, AI Agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the technical vision for agentic systems in collaboration with the Co-founder & CTO and engineering leads
- Own execution of the technical vision and ensure successful delivery of Partner AI and Analyst AI
- Define, plan, and deliver agentic onboarding in collaboration with customers and cross-functional leads
Required Qualifications
- Experience at a growth-stage startup
- Experience building products for enterprise
- Ability to effectively recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
- Low ego with a strong appetite for building and making trade-offs
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
