Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a distributed team of backend and frontend engineers
- Collaborate with Product Manager and stakeholders on the product roadmap
- Build tools, APIs, and integrations for the platform
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of 2+ engineers
- Significant experience as a Frontend or Backend Engineer
- Solid knowledge and experience in Elixir and Postgres OR solid knowledge and experience in Javascript ES6 and React
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity and turning abstract concepts into working software
- Strong ability to work independently and self-guided
