Enterprise Systems Product Manager
Job Summary
A company in the food and agriculture industry is seeking an Enterprise Systems Product Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop, define, and grow enterprise-grade tech to optimize functional business unit operational activities in real-time
- Work with cross-functional teams to scope new internal features and products and drive large cross-company projects
- Own end-to-end product roadmap, prioritize requests from internal and external stakeholders, and ensure stakeholders stay informed about relevant progress and decisions
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience developing, defining, and growing multiple business systems that impact many different parts of an organization
- Technical mindset, empathy for users, product & systems thinking, and an eye for good design
- Strong influencer, communicator, and analytical reasoning skills
- Experience analyzing scenarios quantitatively and measuring the business impact of back-end systems
- Familiarity with Agile, scrum, and other project management methodologies
