Job Summary

A company in the food and agriculture industry is seeking an Enterprise Systems Product Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop, define, and grow enterprise-grade tech to optimize functional business unit operational activities in real-time
• Work with cross-functional teams to scope new internal features and products and drive large cross-company projects
• Own end-to-end product roadmap, prioritize requests from internal and external stakeholders, and ensure stakeholders stay informed about relevant progress and decisions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing, defining, and growing multiple business systems that impact many different parts of an organization
• Technical mindset, empathy for users, product & systems thinking, and an eye for good design
• Strong influencer, communicator, and analytical reasoning skills
• Experience analyzing scenarios quantitatively and measuring the business impact of back-end systems
• Familiarity with Agile, scrum, and other project management methodologies
